I really enjoyed this content, very easy to understand.
I have an observation.
If there is need to calculate overtime separately, pay should be:
Pay = 40 (Working hours) × hourly wage, otherwise workers would be getting overtime bonus twice.

I've never watched an excel tutorial which didn't bore me to death and made me want to give up in a few minutes. Helloooo! I know this video was posted 3 years ago but can you clear doubts? You talk about absolute cell referencing (28:00–33:00) and to insert a dollar sign before the item that we want to lock. but in my sheet, I am trying to do that and it is showing, 'This isn't a formula'?
