I assume it is counting the time to design. I've read through it all and it's not explicitly saying that but for a flat rate, I'd think it's including everything that happens after contract signing. If I"m given the design I discount the quote. With any calculator, I'm not taking precisely what it says and copy-pasting it – I use it to help me adjust my service line items and check my own estimate against what the calculator is saying. I'd never entirely rely on this alone, but I use it to give me a ballpark.

Why no link or at least the name of the tool in the comments? It's not that hard to rewind and watch a second time but would be easier if it was referenced in comments. Guess it boosts watch time numbers if everybody has to go back and watch again?
