My local WP always has to download mySQL worth 200MB before I'm able to access the WP admin. Please is this normal? Although it's a later version than the one you're using.

Hey When I install Kadence or Astra starter templates, they don't fully install. When I change colors on it, they change colors in other places instead. What is a solution for this?
